The hair took a bit longer to arrive I guess it's because of Covid. It had a bit of a smell to it but it was sorted once I washed it. It did also shed a bit but it's soft and full and love the silk bag it came in. Easy storage. Also the seller updated me regularly on that was happening so I think they can be trusted and I would recommend them

After shipping, the unit arrived within 3 days. As everyone noted, it’s soft. I washed it then sprayed the water/conditioner mix. A little get. I will be making another purchase.
